Bridal pricing is customized based on your wedding details. Pricing may vary depending on the number of services booked, your getting-ready location, required start time, travel, and the number of Bridal by Ciro's team members needed.Once we know the details of your wedding, we'll provide a customized proposal outlining your services and applicable fees.

A 50% deposit based on the services being reserved is required to secure your wedding date and bridal team.Your wedding date and services are not held or secured without a deposit and submitted proposal.Once your deposit is received, you are officially booked with Bridal by Ciro's/Ciro's Hair Pavilion and your bridal agreement becomes effective.

Your deposit is refundable up to 90 days before your reserved wedding date.Within 90 days of the wedding date, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.Because your deposit is calculated based on the number of services and appointments reserved at the time of booking, changes to your party may be subject to the terms of your bridal agreement.

For deposits and pre-wedding payments, we accept:• Cash• Zelle• Venmo• Credit card, subject to a 3% processing feeCredit cards are not accepted for wedding-day payments.Payment instructions will be provided as part of your booking process.

Your final wedding balance is due no later than 7 days before your wedding date.The person or persons listed on the bridal agreement are responsible for the entire contracted balance.

Gratuity is always appreciated and should be given directly to your bridal beauty team on the wedding day.We request that all wedding-day gratuities be paid in cash only.

Yes. We require bridal trials because they're an important part of creating your wedding-day look.Your trial gives us the opportunity to meet you, learn more about your personal style, understand what you do and don't like, and create a look that feels like you.It's also our opportunity to make adjustments before the wedding so we're not experimenting with something completely new on your wedding morning.

Once your trial or trials have been completed and your wedding details are finalized, we'll prepare your final beauty timeline.Approximately one month before your wedding, you'll receive a final confirmation email that includes your finalized timeline, remaining balance information, and wedding-day preparation instructions.

We do.Bridal by Ciro's creates a customized beauty timeline specifically for your wedding day based on your services, bridal party, beauty team, getting-ready location, photography schedule, and the time you need to be completely ready.Our beauty timeline is designed to coordinate with your overall wedding schedule, photographer, planner, transportation, and other vendors.

We are happy to collaborate with your wedding vendors, but our service timing is based on the beauty timeline created by our team.Because we know how much time is required to properly complete each hair and makeup service, we cannot shorten or rearrange services based solely on an external vendor's timeline.The bride and/or planner is responsible for making sure all vendors are aware of and aligned with the agreed-upon beauty schedule before the wedding.

Everyone receiving hair or makeup should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time, completely prepared for their service.We ask the bride to communicate the timeline and preparation instructions to everyone receiving services.If someone arrives late or misses the scheduled start time, we cannot guarantee that their service can still be completed.

We'll always make every reasonable effort to keep your morning moving smoothly.However, Bridal by Ciro's is not responsible for delays caused by other vendors, transportation, members of the bridal party, the getting-ready location, or other circumstances outside of our control.If a delay affects the beauty schedule, a service may need to be adjusted, abbreviated, or omitted so we can prioritize having the bride completed on time.Additional time is subject to team availability and may result in additional charges.If the scheduled start time is delayed by more than 30 minutes due to client, vendor, or environmental factors, a $25 late fee per team member, per 15-minute increment may apply.

Before our team arrives, please have a designated hair and makeup area cleared and ready for setup.For hairstylists: We require a standard or table-height chair for each stylist, access to electrical outlets, and a workspace away from heavy foot traffic.For makeup artists: We require a bar-height chair, electrical access, natural or adequate lighting, and a workspace away from heavy foot traffic.The getting-ready location should also have adequate lighting, ventilation, and electrical capacity for our team and equipment.

Any parking or valet expenses incurred by our team are the client's responsibility.Applicable parking expenses will be added to your final bill and are due on the day of the event.

Roundtrip travel within one hour of Elmwood Park, New Jersey is complimentary.For locations requiring additional travel, a fee of $50 per additional half hour, per team member applies.Travel may be calculated from Elmwood Park, NJ or Brooklyn, NY depending on the team member assigned to your wedding.Travel fees apply to applicable on-location and wedding-day appointments.

Yes. When your wedding schedule requires our team to begin before 8:00 AM, an early-start fee applies.The fee is $50 per half hour before 8:00 AM, per team member.

For wedding locations requiring three hours or more of travel each way from Elmwood Park, NJ, overnight accommodations are required for the entire beauty team on the night before the wedding.The client is responsible for arranging and paying for accommodations.Hotels should be reputable, safe, comfortable, and ideally within 10 to 15 minutes of the getting-ready location. One room per team member is required unless another arrangement has been approved by Bridal by Ciro's in writing.Hotel information must be provided at least 30 days before the wedding.If accommodations have not been secured by that time, Bridal by Ciro's may arrange appropriate accommodations at the client's expense or decline on-location services if safe and timely travel cannot reasonably be accommodated.

Absolutely. Extensions can be incorporated into your bridal look when additional length, fullness, or support is needed to create your desired style.Extension recommendations will be customized based on your natural hair and bridal hairstyle.When applicable, an additional $50 per row  may apply, depending on the stylist and extension service selected.We offer many types of extension methods to choose from such as; clip-ins, halos, sew in wefts, ponytails, toppers and bangs. Any extension purchase may be eligible for a discount once your party is booked with the Bridal by Ciro's team.

Your wedding-day services will be based on the look agreed upon during your trial.We understand that small adjustments sometimes happen. Quick tweaks that require less than approximately 10 minutes can typically be accommodated at no additional charge.A request to significantly change your agreed-upon hairstyle or makeup look is considered a style change and is subject to timing and team availability.

Once a hairstyle or makeup application has been completed, removing it and creating a different look is considered a new service.A full style change or redo is charged at 100% of the original service price.This policy applies to the bride and all members of the bridal party. Any additional wedding-day charges are due on the day of the event.

When you reserve your wedding, our team and timeline are secured based on the number of services you've committed to.The bride is responsible for confirming the final number of services, and charges will include the parties and services reserved under the bridal agreement.Please contact us as early as possible if something changes so we can review your agreement and available options.

Cancellations or changes must be made at least 90 days before your reserved wedding date.Changes or cancellations made within 90 days of the wedding may result in the client being responsible for the full contracted amount.Please refer to your individual bridal agreement for the complete terms associated with your reservation.

Please tell your artist or stylist about any known allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, scalp conditions, or previous reactions before services are performed.Our brushes, tools, and applicable hair and makeup equipment are cleaned and sanitized between clients.When appropriate, a product test may be performed before application.Clients accept responsibility for disclosing known sensitivities and agree to the liability terms outlined in their bridal agreement regarding allergic or other reactions.

We love celebrating our brides and showcasing our team's work.With your authorization, Bridal by Ciro's/Ciro's Hair Pavilion may use images from your wedding for our website, social media, advertising, and other marketing purposes.When sharing professional wedding photography, we will obtain the photographer's permission before posting and provide appropriate photography credit when applicable.
