FULL-TIME RENTAL POLICY For Stylists Renting 6 Days/Week or Monthly ✅ What’s Included: - 24/7 salon access (key or code provided) - Priority chair/station selection - Dedicated locker + cabinet storage - Access to dryers, tools, towels, backbar and shampoo bowls - Full access to content space - Invitations to stylist-only education + workshops (upgraded amenity with discounted rate) 💳 Payment & Contract: - $375/week or $1,400/month | Auto-pay required - 30-day rental agreement, renewed monthly - 25% off first month for new renters - Security deposit equal to one week’s rent 🔁 Cancellation: - 30-day written notice required to terminate agreement - Early termination may result in forfeiture of deposit 🔄 Switching Days: - Unlimited access, but please coordinate shared space usage with salon manager for busy days 🧾 Business Requirements: - Must provide proof of insurance + active license - Must have own payment processor (Venmo, Square, etc.)
