Cancellation Policy

Hourly Chair Rental Booking Policy The Collective at Ciro’s – For Independent Stylists 🔸 Minimum Booking - Appointments must be booked in full-hour increments (no half-hour bookings). 🔸 Booking Procedure - All bookings must be made online - Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may be declined. - Full payment is required at time of booking to reserve your time. 🔸 Cancellations & Rescheduling - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your start time will be refunded or credited. - Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. - One reschedule is allowed per booking, if requested more than 24 hours in advance. 🔸 No-Shows & Late Arrivals - No-shows forfeit 100% of the rental fee. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your time slot is forfeited unless prior notice is given. - Time is not extended beyond the original booking window. 🔸 Included in Your Hourly Booking - Use of salon station, chair, mirror, and rolling cart - Access to dryer, heat lamp, towels and shampoo station - WiFi, music, break area, client waiting and processing areas - Front desk/assistant support are not included in hourly rentals 🔸 Cleanup Policy - Stylists must clean and reset their station before the end of their rental time. - Time must be factored into your booking (suggest 15 min cleanup buffer). - Excess mess or damages may result in a $50+ cleaning fee. 🔸 Prohibited Uses - Hourly rental is for professional use only. - No group bookings, classes, or shared services unless pre-approved. - All renters must provide current liability insurance and state license prior to their first booking.
