Cancellation Policy

PART-TIME RENTAL POLICY For Stylists Renting 3 Days/Week ✅ What’s Included: - 3 set rental days per week (choose your days upon agreement) - Full access to salon space during business hours - Locker, storage, towel & backbar access - Content area - Optional marketing collabs (upgraded amenity) - Invitation to salon education and collaboration events (additional costs at discounted rate for The Collective Members) 💳 Payment: - $225/week auto-pay required, billed weekly on Mondays - 25% off first month for new stylists - Deposit equal to one week’s rent due at signing - Payment is due in full at time of booking - Bookings must be made at least 1 week in advance (subject to availability) 🔄 Scheduling: - Days must be pre-selected for the week and can change on a week-to-week basis. Does not have to be fixed days. (upon availability) - Missed days do not roll over ❌ Missed Payments: - 5-day grace period, after which access is paused - Consistent missed payments may result in termination of agreement 🔄 Cancellations: - Must cancel or reschedule 1 week (7 Days) in advance of renewal for a credit/refund - Late cancellations are non-refundable 🚫 No-Shows & Late Arrivals: - No-shows forfeit rental - More than 30 minutes late = your day may be released if not communicated 🧽 Cleanup: - Station must be cleaned, restocked, and sanitized before leaving - Excessive mess may result in a $50+ cleaning fee ⚠️ Requirements: - Proof of liability insurance + current license on file - Must bring your own color/products unless arranged in advance
